An Escape Room is a live-action game starring you and your friends, as you solve puzzles, complete challenges, and discover clues to complete the mission and escape the room!
Anyone can play, but players under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
The room is designed for up to 5 players at a time. For those who are playing these kind of games for the first time, it is recommended to have a group of 3 or more for an easier and more enjoyable experience. Smaller group of people is bigger chalenge.
The escape room game's real-life setting is completely immersive once you’re inside. And yes, the door will lock behind you. However, for the safety and enjoyment of all players, a participant may exit the room at any time. Keep in mind, once a player exits they will not be allowed to re-enter.
Games must be booked at least 3 hours in advance or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time to fill out our form, and ensure you get the full hour (and sometimes more) in your room.
During your game, you can ask for up to four clues from the Game Master, so don’t panic if you get stuck.
We do not issue refunds for booked games, but you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking.
Photographs and video recordings are not allowed in the room. We put a lot of time and effort into the design and construction of our room, so we don’t want to spoil anything for players who haven’t played yet.
Players who arrive more than 2 minutes after an escape room experience starts will not be permitted to enter an experience that has already begun. Instead, they will be offered to book for another time/date. Customers should always arrive 15 minutes prior to an experience beginning.
You only need to bring your best will and puzzle-solving ability. Wear anything you are comfortable in, because the most activity you will be engaging in may be crouching down or getting on your knees to look under an object or to get a closer look at something. If you wear reading glasses, it is advisable to bring them along. You may not use your cell phone in the room.
The game is full of challenges and riddles, and it is made for people to escape from it in time. Of course, the Game Master will always be there to help you out with tougher riddles and puzles, so you will come out in time.
